You may get adventuresome or do something exciting or totally out of the ordinary. Probably best to focus on relationships as workmates and the work environment may give you some headaches. And if you don't work in a 9-5 context you may find motivation lacking. Again look to outside interests to get you going. |

We can sometimes get quite complacent about our wellbeing - eating junk food, driving the car instead of walking to the shops - all those health reminders we hear so often - but this is the month where you may find that you get caught out - that last fast food hamburger might just become the one that puts you in bed for the week. |
